At September, 2019, around 50 persons from partner and associated organizations attended WATERDRIVE biannual partners meeting in Lithuania, hosted by Baltic Environmental Forum Lithuania.

First day workshop introduced to the Lithuania agri-environmental situation, as well as project WATERDRIVE was presented to Lithuania stakeholders. Representatives of the Lithuania Ministry of Agriculture and Environmental Agency described main challenges to the nutrients’ management and potential risk reduction as well as introduced to currently available environment protection measures in Lithuania.  During field trip to the Žuvintas Biosphere Reserve, which is selected as pilot place for WATERDRIVE Lithuania activities, meeting participants got practical insight in the challenges, opportunities and offers of the environmental goods of the region.

During second and third day project partners reported on the project progress achieved by each WP, and in working group sessions indicated further steps toward planned project results. Final session was devoted to the short introduction of current EU CAP post 2020 planning processes related to agri – environment issues.
